Mr. Phil Cubeta, is the Sallie B. and William B. Wallace Chair in Philanthropy at American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa. In that capacity, he is responsible for the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation.

He entered the financial services industry 27 years ago. In a prior role, Cubeta served as Chief of Staff for a national financial services organization located in Dallas. Earlier, he headed up his company’s national Charitable Planning Network. He is past President of the North Texas Council of National Committee on Planned Giving, and served for 10 years on the Education Committee of Dallas Social Venture Partners. His professional credentials include Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter, Masters of Science in Financial Services, and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy. He trained originally in the humanities: English literature at Williams College, Psychology and Philosophy at Oxford University, and English Language and Literature at Yale.
