Renaye leads our work with national union partners on engaging IWJ in their work. Renaye began her tenure at IWJ in 2007 as a national organizer. She brings 20 years of labor and community organizing experience to her work at IWJ, 13 of them as a national field representative at the AFL-CIO, working on national strategic campaigns. She has a degree from Indiana University and serves as the outreach minister at her church in Hammond, Indiana.
