Danny edits IWJ's quarterly print newsletter, Faith Works, and its monthly e-newsletter, Worker Justice e-News. He also maintains the organization's blog. Before coming to IWJ, Danny worked as Senior Editor of the online magazine openDemocracy, taught journalism at Columbia College in Chicago, and was a staff writer for The Chronicle of Higher Education. His journalism has appeared in The American Prospect, The Chicago Tribune, The Common Review, Commonweal, Fellowship, The Guardian, In These Times, Mother Jones, The Nation, The Progressive, Truthdig , and The Washington Post, among other publications. He is the author of the book Reading "Legitimation Crisis" in Tehran.
